It was my first time having any type of cosmetic procedure and the environment was amazing. The owner did my treatments and was so nice explaining and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. It’s veteran owned and I would recommend to anyone wanting to get work done! She offers so much!
I had the best experience with acupuncture, I have never tried it before. I've tried a chiropractor and massage therapy but nothing ever worked. After one session of acupuncture I had the best range of motion in my neck and shoulders. I need another session. Thank you Kat Richardson!!
Cossmedic being founded and ran by someone who has actually practiced medicine is very reassuring. Many of the services offered have little regulatory oversight. Cossmedic knows what they are doing. Thrilled to have this caliber of service available locally!

Kathy at CossMedic Wellness And Aesthetics offers world class service, with a butterfly touch and bedside manner that would put anyone’s nerves at ease. After moving from Bellevue, I’ve been desperate to find replacements for my various esthetic providers, but at CossMed I found my one stop shop!! The space is easy to find, airy, clean, and with plenty of parking and signage to help get you there, not that you’ll need the help. If anything, you’ll need help leaving, because the atrium sitting at the center of the facility just begs you to loiter and meditate, enjoy watching the koi fish and turtles and listening to the birds. I’ve never experienced such ease and delight at a medspa!! Thank you Kathy and CossMed for such a fantastic experience with (might I say) beautiful results!!! So happy with the treatment results and can’t wait for the next excuse to come visit 😉 xoxox
