Cossmedic Wellness and Aesthetics is a veteran owned and run Wellness and Aesthetics clinic located in University Place, WA. We are committed to providing quality medical aesthetics and wellness services, personalized to your needs. Cosmedic Wellness and Aesthetics addresses the desire of our clientele to look and feel good and leverages our medical training and skill sets to offer clients professional and exceptional care while maintaining the highest standards.
Procedures are performed by licensed and Certified Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals, under the supervision of these Nurse Practitioners, to ensure the highest adherence to standards and optimized treatment outcomes. Our goal is to ensure that our clients get access to evidence-based care, the latest aesthetic products, services, and alternative medicine treatments in an environment built on ethical standards and attention to our practice that ensures safety as well as delivering results.

Each treatment plan is individualized and developed based on your individual needs and concerns. The plan and options are discussed in detail. Then you can decide how to proceed based on the information.
We don’t hold back. Instead, we provide complete information so you can feel confident, informed, and partner in determining your treatment and care. If you ask for an unneeded treatment, we will share why we don’t think you would need that treatment. If you are better served with a treatment or service we don’t offer, we’ll tell you and recommend where you might find those services from clinicians we trust.

About Our Owner And Medical Director
Dr. Kathleen Richardson ARNP
Dr. Kathleen Richardson is a retired Army officer and certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience. Opening her own practice, Cossmedic Wellness and Aesthetics Clinic, has been a dream for Dr. Richardson, ARNP since long before retiring from the military in 2016. Through her experiences, she has developed an understanding and appreciation for healthcare and beauty practices across the globe. She also realizes that the desire to feel good and enjoy life to its fullest is universal. In her pursuit to help herself and others maximize their health and natural beauty, she has spent the past 6 years learning about and adding alternative medicine and medical aesthetics to her clinical practice.
Dr. Richardson believes health and beauty go hand in hand. Many spas or clinics focus on health or beauty, resulting in disjointed care and unmet needs. Cossmedic Wellness and Aesthetics offers comprehensive individualized health and wellness care and medical aesthetic services that address health and beauty from the inside out.

We comprehensively assess physical, mental, and spiritual needs as part of our services and behave ethically and with professionalism at all times. Each treatment plan is individualized and developed based on unique client needs and goals. Once developed a comprehensive treatment plan and options are shared with you so that you can decide how you will proceed based on the information provided. We work with you based on how you want to proceed.
